Procedures for GIICOMVEC 2026 Media Registration

OFFICIAL GIICOMVEC MEDIA ID REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

1. The Official Media ID of the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) is the official press identification card issued by the organizers of GAIKINDO Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) for the media, which is only valid for the GIICOMVEC that took place April 8^thto 11^th, 2026 and does not apply during the exhibition set-up period.
2. Media with a registered have full access to
   • The pictures and exclusive news released by the committee in the press room and in the commercialautoexpo.com
   • Facilities in the Media Room.
   • Press kit which contain important information about the exhibition like pictures, official news, daily events schedule, and other supporting information. Details are available in softcopy.
3. The Official GIICOMVEC Media ID is valid only for editorial staff and doesn’t apply to non-editorial staff (such as Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and others). Please attach the media masthead (editorial composition).
4. The Official ID media GIICOMVEC for YouTube Social Media, a minimum of 1,000 subscribers is required.
   • Subscriber 1,000 – 5,000 can register a maximum of 2 teams.
   • Subscribers more than 5,000 can register a maximum of 3 teams

5. The Official ID media GIICOMVEC for Social Media that only has Instagram and TikTok with a minimum of 5,000 followers.
   • Followers 5,000 to 50,000 can register a maximum of 2 teams
   • Followers more than 50,000 can register a maximum of 3 teams.

 

PROCEDURES OF GIICOMVEC MEDIA ID REGISTRATIONS

To acquire Official GIICOMVEC Media ID:

1. Journalist are expected to use an updated close-up pass photo (face facing the camera, clearly visible, without facial coverings such as sunglasses or masks).
2. Journalists are willing to comply with aaplicable policies
3. The committee reserves the right to verify the data in accordance with the official GIICOMVEC Media ID

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

1. Registration for the official GIICOMVEC Media ID is open from February 13^th, 2026 and closed on March 27^th, 2026.
2. The committee will not process registrations for the official GIICOMVEC Media ID after closing date stated above.
3. The committee will not process registrations for the official GIICOMVEC Media ID during set-ups or show days of the exhibition.
4. Journalists and media representatives, that is not registered or fail to show their official GIICOMVEC Media ID, will be included in the category of regular visitors and are not entitled to the official press facilities of GIICOMVEC.
5. Information on collecting GIICOMVEC Media ID Cards that have been approved will be provided further information by the committee via email.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR JOURNALISTS

1. Journalists are expected to always bring and wear GIICOMVEC official Media ID Card while covering the exhibition.
2. If GIICOMVEC Media ID is lost or left behind, then the relevant media will only be allowed to enter the exhibition area in the following ways:
   • Contact the committee (Public Relations Staff) in charge
   • Show his/her press card/business card to be matched with the database owned by the organizing committee.
3. The Official GIICOMVEC Media ID cannot be transferred
